TEN new wheel-chair friendly buses on two Exmouth routes are set to be purchased, replacing some of Stagecoach's aging fleet of vehicles.
County Hall's cabinet yesterday debated whether to contribute �0.5m towards new buses for the 57 and 58 routes which travel between Exmouth and Exeter.
And a further �1m could also come from bus operators Stagecoach.
The buses will cost about �160,000 each and will be wheel-chair accessible.
