A LITTLEHAM application to build a replacement dwelling has been approved under delegated powers by the district head of planning officer.

A LITTLEHAM application to build a replacement dwelling has been approved under delegated powers by the district head of planning officer.

The resubmitted proposal for 14a Douglas Avenue had the full support of Councillor Mark Williamson who said it was a modest dwelling with little impact on the street scene.

However, Exmouth Town Council continued with the original objection that the new design was still not in keeping with the area.
