A splash of festive colour was brought to Withycombe Methodist Church with a nativity triptych festival.

The event featured a collection of triptychs – Nativity displays against a three fold background – and was open for three days.

Triptychs were made by churchgoers from Withycombe, Tower Street, Littlemead and Lympstone Methodist churches.

There were also entries from two Brownie groups and a Rainbow group who meet in Withycombe.

As well as browsing the displays, guests were able to enjoy refreshments.

So far, £400 has been raised for a variety of charities, including the Open Door centre, Devon Air Ambulance, the Cinnamon Trust, Exmouth Community Transport and the Children’s Hospice. Inspired and Fired also ran a stall which raised £60 for Force Cancer Charity.
