I trust that your paper will follow this up and, if found guilty, you will name and shame them.
As for punishment - I suggest they are made to clean it all up and personally apologise to all those people they have offended.
If they want a start point, they can begin in Lympstone by apologising to the local primary school children whose mural was desicrated by "NKS" on the cycle path.
Oh - and we also have a set of stocks that can be used! (if only!!)
