The trek will help raise money to research MS.

Exmouth resident Bob Baker and his friend Bob Richards will once again be walking from Sidmouth to Exmouth to raise funds for MS Research on New Year’s Day.

The 14-mile charity trek will raise money for MS Research.

There are more than 100,000 people in the UK with MS. Symptoms are wide and varied with most people having affected mobility, balance, bladder problems, pins and needles, numbness, pain, loss of coordinated movement and, less frequently, tremors or ataxia. Bob has been raising money for different causes for more than 40 years, after a family member was diagnosed with the condition, he said: “It feels good to be alive when you walk up Peak Hill, it’s good to know you can still do it.”
