Motorcyle fire in Exmouth

FIREFIGHTERS were called to tackle a blaze involving a motorcycle in Exmouth.

A fire crew responded to reports of a bike on fire in Normandy Close at 11.39am on Friday, October 22.

Upon arrival, the crew discovered the motorcycle to be well alight. Two sets of breathing apparatus and one hose reel were used to extinguish the fire.

The police and Highways Agency were also called to attend due to the location of the incident to assist with traffic control and clearing of debris from the road.
