More than a 1,000 people raised more than �3,000 for charity at the recent Exmouth Moose International fete at the Imperial Hotel last weekend.
The event, in aid of Exmouth and Lympstone Hospiscare and Force was opened by the Uk’s grand governor on Mac Parrott accompanied with his wife Sandra, and had almost 40 stalls on offer run by a myriad of local groups.
Visitors including town crier Roger Bourgein enjoyed games including darts, duck fishing, tombola bouncy castles, face painting and a lunch time barbecue.
Ray Smith branch secretary said: “I would like to thank the many people that gave their support and a special thanks to the Imperial Hotel for the use of their grounds.”
