NEARLY �900 was raised for Budleigh Hospital at a coffee morning at Peter Hall organised by the League of Friends.
NEARLY �900 was raised for Budleigh Hospital at a coffee morning at Peter Hall organised by the League of Friends.
Al the proceeds, totalling �866, will go towards projects at the hospital.
Chairman, Dr David Evans, said: "This is an excellent result given the poor weather at the time which kept a number of our regular supporters at home.
"I would like to thank the team of helpers, and members of the community who braved the elements to support this important cause.
"We shall look forward to further fundraising in 2010 in the knowledge that Budleigh residents take a keen interest in the excellent facilities and work of their hospital "
