PEOPLE who have never fished before and would like to learn the basics or improve their skills will have a unique chance on Sunday, July 13.

PEOPLE who have never fished before and would like to learn the basics or improve their skills will have a unique chance on Sunday, July 13.

The Environment Agency, the Tiverton and District Angling Club and the Grand Western Canal Ranger Service are offering their skills to novices at the Grand Western Canal from 10.30am to 4pm.

The Have a go fishing day follows on from last year's success.

The fishing coaches will offer advice and tuition, and fishing tackle with bait will be available for free.
