Missing Budleigh Salterton woman sparks police and coastguard search

THE police and Exmouth coastguards were this week called to Budleigh Salterton following reports a 63-year-old woman was missing.

THE police and Exmouth coastguards were this week called to Budleigh Salterton following reports a 63-year-old woman was missing.

The emergency services and rescue teams gathered in the Lime Kiln car park before carrying out a thorough search of the area.

The woman was found safe and well in a bird hide along the River Otter.
