Minority giving rest a bad name

It was extremely disappointing to observe that a small minority of dog owners continue the practice of discarding dog faeces in blue plastic bags along the footpath from Lime Kiln to White Bridge, despite the fact that bins are provided at either end of the footpath.

It was extremely disappointing to observe that a small minority of dog owners continue the practice of discarding dog faeces in blue plastic bags along the footpath from Lime Kiln to White Bridge, despite the fact that bins are provided at either end of the footpath. Hopefully, the culprits will be seen and evidence produced to enable prosecution to take place. This obnoxious practice is really denigrating the efforts of all those people who spent the majority of the morning on Saturday, March 7, on a litter pick. The vast majority of those dog owners using the footpath use the bins provided, but it is the minority that are giving the rest a bad name.Ray Hamilton,Lawn Cottage,Church Road, Colaton Raleigh.
