With regards to the comments from the person unhappy about not being able to be seen at Exmouth Hospital, may I just make an observation. The NHS will always see emergencies via the accident and emergency, without exception.

The NHS will always see emergencies via the accident and emergency, without exception. In isolation, he may have needed "just a moment", but the NHS has one million patient episodes every 36 hours. Imagine the chaos if even just a fraction of those people turned up unannounced without an appointment for just a moment of someone's time when it was not an emergency. Even if he had needed only a moment, it may have taken the health professional away from someone who did have an appointment.
