I fail to understand why parking permit holders should have to pay to use the parking meters on the seafront.
Disabled badge holders have to pay in car parks, yet are to be exempt from paying at the parking meters, while permit holders are completely the reverse.
Isn’t the �104 I paid for my permit last March (and, no doubt, it will be more next March) enough? I should have thought so!
