EXMOUTH'S National Coastwatch Institution is appealing for new members to join its group manning the seafront tower to watch for people in difficulty on the water and beach.
EXMOUTH'S National Coastwatch Institution is appealing for new members to join its group manning the seafront tower to watch for people in difficulty on the water and beach.
New members need good eyesight and can spare around four hours a week in the summer, and four hours a month in the winter.
