A former Royal Navy physical trainer is hoping to get the general public moving better.

Mark Jones has opened Three Sixty Rehab at Pilot Wharf.

Mark, who served with the Navy for 25 years, specialising in rehabilitation, says his ‘movement clinic’ is able to help people with injuries, but also to help others.

He said: “This place is primarily movement-based. The difference between a normal clinic and this is I’m an exercise specialist as well as someone who specialises in rehab, but you don’t need to be injured to start moving better. It can be for runners, sportsmen, anyone who wants to be able to move better or increase performance.”
