THE Royal Marines Volunteer Cadet Corps recently held its bi-annual passing out parade for the new recruits.
Commanding Officer of the Royal Marine Commando Training Centre (CTC), Lt Col NW Bruce-Jones, watched the young recruits' passing out parade.
The recruits all started in January of this year and have completed various types of military training, including learning how to march, field craft, camp craft and military knowledge.
The parade was attended by over a hundred family and friends and the recruits carried out a drill display.
A number of awards were presented to the cadets. Good conduct badges, medals and promotions were also handed out.
The RMVCC meet at the Commando Training Centre at Lympstone on Mondays and Thursdays.
