In his letter published on December 10, Geoff Morris again claims not to have been able to speak at the extraordinary council meeting on November 12.

In his letter published on December 10, Geoff Morris again claims not to have been able to speak at the extraordinary council meeting on November 12.

I attended that meeting and the chairman was, in my view, punctilious in seeking comments from anyone present. Indeed, there were several expressions both for and against the topics raised.
