Man taken to hospital after six-vehicle collision at Clyst St George

Six vehicles were involved in a collision at Clyst St George yesterday evening (Sunday).
Police were called at 7.35pm to the incident on the A376, with fire and ambulance crews also attending.
A Devon and Cornwall Police spokesperson said a Peugeot 206, a Ford Focus, a Renault Clio, a Nissan Navara, a Mitsubishi estate, and a DAF HGV were involved.
The spokesperson said two people travelling in the Ford Focus were injured. A 19-year-old man sustained a serious arm injury and was taken to the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital, and a female casualty sustained a head injury which was not believed to be serious.
The road was closed during the incident, and reopened at 3.40am.
