Daniel Harrison, 36, died after a single vehicle collision on the A380 Telegraph Hill, on the outskirts of Exeter.

An Exmouth man who died following a road collision on the A38 has been named.

Daniel Harrison, aged 36, was involved in a single vehicle collision on the A380 Telegraph Hill on the outskirts of Exeter.

Police say Mr Harrison was riding a blue Honda motorcycle when at around 6.35pm on Wednesday, August 30, when he was involved in a single vehicle collision.

Officers from the roads policing team and the serious collision investigation unit attended the scene.

He was treated at the scene before being taken by ambulance to Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital.

Officers say that shortly after his arrival at the hospital he was pronounced deceased.
