THE popular make-your-own recycled bag workshop returns to Exmouth on Saturday May 9, teaching people how to turn waste material into long life bags.
The course is being held at Exmouth Community College and is free to attend.
Newcomers and previous attendees are invited to go along from 9.30 until 1pm in room 207T at the Green Close site.
Daphne Currier, who started the project, said: "What better way to bring out your own creativity, learn a new skill and meet new friends while contributing towards a cleaner smarter world.
"We forget how much damage we are doing to our environment every time we use and throw away a plastic bag.
"By making and using our own we can all contribute towards a small reduction in our carbon footprint, and as more of us do this, then we really will help make a difference."
