EAST Devon District Council (EDDC) has reminded residents there are no elections in May after a national television campaign gave the impression they were happening everywhere.
The EDDC spokesman said: “Our electoral services team have been showered with enquiries from people wanting to know about our local elections – but there are none this year.”
