Voters in Withycombe are going to the polls today to choose their new representative on Exmouth Town Council.
There is a vacancy in the ward after the death of Lib Dem councillor Jean Mitchell in July, after which today’s by-election was called.
Voters are choosing between Conservative candidate Fred Caygill and Lib Dem candidate Brian Toye.
Currently the town council has 13 Conservatives, 10 Lib Dems, one Independent, and on vacancy to be filled today.
