The Exmouth Town ward has seen Tory Bill Nash and Lib Dems Eileen Wragg and Pat Graham duly elected.
Other candidates were Conservatives Paul Dean and Jeff Trail, the Green Party’s Robert Masding, Labour’s Ray Davison and Liberal Democrat Roger Bourgein.
