EDDC elections: Independent take Woodbury and Lympstone

The Independent East Devon Alliance claimed both seats in Woodbury and Lympstone.

Ben Ingham (1,841 votes) and Rob Longhurst (1,526 votes) are celebrating victory.

Conservative David Atkins (1,013) has lost his seat.
