LITTLEHAM'S Royal British Legion ladies raised more than �100 for the Poppy Appeal at their recent coffee morning.
The Littleham branch, which fundraises throughout the year, has seen an increase in new membership.
Chairman aid Margaret West said "We would like to thank everyone who supported this event and its most worthy cause."
The group meets every second Wednesday of the month at 7pm at the Bidmead Centre, in Littleham Road.
The next meeting is on Wednesday November 11 at 7pm when members and guests will be given a needlecraft demonstration.
