LITTLEHAM is gearing up for the 2009 Exmouth Festival by revealing what it has in store to celebrate the event.

A day of fun-packed family entertainment, organised by the Littleham Residents Association, has been planned on May 16 when from 2pm until 4pm a teddy bears' picnic will be held on John Hudson Way, to the rear of the Bidmead Centre.
A host of prizes are up for grabs for those taking along the best-dressed ted, the oldest bear, the cuddliest or most colourful teddy, the best ballerina bear or adventure ted.
Light picnics will be served to those taking part.

There will also be a bouncy castle, face painting and live music performed by the Accordionettes.
Youngsters aged nine to 14 who have what it takes can on the same date, also from 2pm-4pm, head for Littleham Leisure Centre, in Capel Lane, to showcase their talents at the X-Factor karaoke.
