Littleham coffee morning raises £80 for Poppy Appeal

LITTLEHAM'S Royal British Legion (RBL) women's section raised more than £80 for this year's Poppy Appeal when members held a coffee morning.

LITTLEHAM'S Royal British Legion (RBL) women's section raised more than £80 for this year's Poppy Appeal when members held a coffee morning.

A Littleham RBL spokesperson said: "It was lovely to see so many people from within the Littleham area visit our coffee morning in support of the Poppy Appeal.

"It is the first time we have held this type of fund raising event for the legion and we are delighted with its success."

For anyone wishing to join the women's branch, the group meets every second Wednesday on the month 7.30pm at the Bidmead Centre, Littleham.
