Following last week's letters of response on dog fouling, sadly Devon and Cornwall are the dirtiest, filthiest counties for this problem and it seems very little attempt is being made to deal with it.Every little bit of green space is now nothing more than a dog's lavatory.Places of recreation should be for adults and children to enjoy and not a threat to our health through dogs' mess. When I tackled one irresponsible dog owner, I was threatened with "a punch in the mouth"!
