PLANS for a number of alterations to be made at a Topsham property have been submitted to Exeter City Council.
An application for changes at 68 Fore Street has been received by the local authority.
The calls for modifications include to a bay window at the east elevation, removal of internal walls and store, replacement of servery and the creation of bathrooms.
The plans are currently in a consultation period.
