PLANS for changes to be made at The Warehouse in Topsham have been submitted to Exeter City Council.
A planning application submitted to the local authority includes calls for an enlarged, replacement balcony at a ground floor level to the south west elevation.
Additional applications put forward to the council include plans for a shed/summerhouse at Riversemeet Cottage, Riversmeet, the pruning of two trees at The Garden Cottage, Station Road, and the felling of one tree at Bridge End, 39 Elm Grove Road.
