The application includes calls for the reforming of existing play canopies and an erection of a new play canopy.
Plans for a detached dwelling, parking and associated works at Greenacre, in Denver Road, have been submitted to Exeter City Council.
Additional applications put forward to the local authority include a proposal for alterations at The Globe Hotel in Fore Street.
The plans call for a change of use to a store building to a community micro-brewery.
