A planning application put forward to the local authority calls for an extension on the west elevation of the property.
In separate applications, the council has approved plans for a number of changes to be made at 21 Ferry Road.
They include a two storey extension on the north east elevation; a ground floor extension, roof alterations, terracing to be fitted, an attached garage and widening of vehicular access.
The authority has approved an application for a two storey extension at 26 Greatwood Terrace and similar plans for 11 Riverside Road.
