A PLANNING application for changes to be made at a property in Monmouth Street, Topsham, has been submitted to Exeter City Council.
The application, for 19 Monmouth Street, calls for a replacement ground floor extension as well as the creation of a building to the rear, new windows, external painting and internal alterations.
Additional plans submitted to the local authority include: the creation of a food preparation room at The Lighter Inn, Fore Street, and a freezer store within an existing external store room.
An application for extensions to be made at number six Elm Grove Avenue has been put forward to the council.
The plans also include calls for terracing, an entrance forecourt, adjoining parking area, hard and soft landscaping and a garage.
The Warehouse, in Ferry Road, have submitted an application for internal alterations and external repainting.
