AN application for changes to be made on the roof at Ferry House, Ferry Road, Topsham, has been submitted to Exeter City Council.
The plans include calls to raise the ridge height and for lights on the south east and north west elevations.
Additional planning application put forward to the local authority include: * Engineering works on the east boundary at 1 Newcourt Road.
* Removal of a door at the ground floor level at 16 Monmouth Hill; to infill roof extension with lights, widening of a window and the removal of dormer windows.
The proposals also include calls for the insertion of doors and roof balconies.
