AN application for changes to be made at a property in Monmouth Hill, Topsham, has been submitted to Exeter City Council.
The plans, relating to 16 Monmouth Hill, include calls for the removal of a door on the ground floor and a roof extension with lights.
Proposals also include the widening of a window on the second floor; removal of dormer windows, insertion of doors and the creation of a roof balcony.
Additional planning applications submitted to the local authority include the installation of replacement windows on the second floor at 2 Collingwood House, in Monmouth Hill.
* Engineering works on the east side of 1 Newcourt Road to include the relocation of Devon Bank.
* And the pruning of tress at 15 Station Road.
