PLANS for changes to be made at a property in Underhill Crescent, Lympstone, were backed by the village's parish council.
East Devon District Council will take the final decision over an application for the construction of a dormer window to the side elevation at 30 Underhill Crescent.
The parish council's planning committee, at a meeting held last Monday, May 11, also supported plans for repairs to be made at Manor House, Burgmanns Hill.
