PLANS for a number of changes to be made at Clyst House, 17 Boucher Way, Budleigh Salterton, have been approved by East Devon District Council.
The application included calls for a two storey and single storey extension as well as a porch structure.
In granting permission for the development, the head of planning and countryside services at EDDC said the design and external appearance of the proposal did not harm the visual amenity of the site and surrounding area.
The planning and countryside services officer added that the proposal did not adversely affect the privacy or amenity of neighbouring properties.
