I would like to say a big thank you for having now put the Exmouth Journal online. As an "Old Exmothian" now residing in Perth, Western Australia, it's wonderful to be able to keep up with the news from the old place at the click of a key on my computer. My husband Mike, my two children and I left England in 1988 and made our home here in Western Australia, but we still pop back to see the UK connection regularly. I used to be a staff nurse on night duty at Exmouth Hospital prior to emigrating, now in Australia I teach nursing. My husband and I have been luck to secure berths on the final cruise of the QEII from Southampton to Dubai in November of this year - it be should be a wonderful voyage, if a little sad at the 'Old Girl' going out of service. We will, however, be spending a few weeks in Exmouth before that trip and hope to catch up with many of our old friends from the town in the first two weeks of November. Hope to see you all then, and thank you so much for putting the Journal online Lesley Frost BSc(N) Dip Ed(T&D),e-mail: email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org
