A CLUB to help people find work was launched in Woodbury Salterton.

Based at the Conservative office, White Cross Road, the club opened last Wednesday, May 20.

As part of a Get Britain Working initiative, the political party are setting up job groups to help people find employment.

The clubs support people with issues which include interview practice and CV development.

A spokesperson for East Devon MP Hugo Swire's office said the clubs would be important - particularly because of the economic downturn and how it had affected job availability.
