REGARDING the recent article entitled "Reconsider closure of job centres says MP". Having been made redundant on a number of occasions, and suffering anxiety, stress and depression, I very strongly believe you need to keep the job centres and actively help people to find worthwhile jobs - and find a purpose for living.By closing the job centres, you are actively putting a stumbling block in the way, preventing people finding jobs.I believe the very people who close these job centres need to be sacked immediately - and made to find a job, if they can.It is time to live in the real world, where people matter.I am speaking from personal experience. Finding a job can be very depressing and soul destroying.Let's help the people find jobs, and put something back into the community.Peter D'Silva, 5 Avery Court,Cunningham Road,Exmouth.
