The blue tarpaulin was taken from the vehicle parked in The Green, Exmouth, between 7.30pm last Thursday, November 12, and 8am on Friday, November 13.
Anyone with information should call Devon and Cornwall police on 08452 777444, quoting crime reference number KE/09/3352.
