I am dismayed that further plans for a restaurant by Budleigh Salterton beach have been submitted to the council.
The new plans are supposed to streamline the profile of the building and reduce the amount of view that would be lost for ever.
My husband and I spend many a happy hour parked on the hill where the proposed restaurant would be, gazing in wonderment at the spectacular vista.
If this carbuncle were given permission, it would take away a large section of the view as seen from the hill.
