REGARDING last week's article about the seafront bowling alley being a foot taller.I am pleased to read Councillor Gazzard is well versed in planning rules (tongue in cheek) as the consideration of views is not applicable under planning rules. I would have thought he would be more positive in the thought that a developer is prepared to invest for the benefit of the town in the current economic climate.
