Oh what a surprise. After five months in power and managing to upset a large proportion of the population, Cllr Hart now takes the glory for his predecessors success.

Oh what a surprise. After five months in "power" and managing to upset a large proportion of the population, Cllr Hart now takes the glory for his predecessors success.

I hope he can sleep at night and that the population of Devon remember his Rolle in education, when we go to the polls. No doubt he will change direction, yet again, and blame the previous government and say he wanted a unified Devon all the time.
