TWO homes in Dalditch Lane, Budleigh Salterton, are to be re-thatched and have their walls repaired after the district council agreed the work could go ahead.
District planners supported an application to re-thatch Fudge Cottage and Badgers Den, and also gave permission to remove the cement from the outside walls and replace it with lime mortar and lime wash.
