A HELICOPTER has been forced to land in a field in Membury today (June 30).
A police spokesman said the AgustaWestland helicopter made the emergency landing, around 1.30pm, due to handling problems.
He said the aircraft was not damaged and the crew were uninjured.
Police cordoned off the area in Brinscombe Lane and stopped onlookers entering the site. They left around 4pm.
