THE owners of a seven-and-a-half-year-old dog who disappeared during Exmouth's seafront Boxing Day run have been reunited with their pet.

Much-loved dog Milo was found between Exmouth and Budleigh Salterton by a man driving a van.

He was reunited with his owners early on Tuesday morning.

Owner Bill Reid, from Tedburn St Mary, had contacted the dog warden, the RSPCA and Exmouth's vets as soon as he noticed his pet was missing.

Mr Reid said: "With all the excitement and people about, he wandered off without our group noticing.
