Grants for mobile home owners in Topsham

PUBLISHED: 10:00 31 May 2016

Mobile home owners in Topsham are being encouraged to apply for grants to make energy improvements to their properties.

According to The Poverty Site, nine per cent of homes in England were classified as energy-inefficient.

Exeter City Council is working in partnership with Wessex Energy to provide grants of £2,000 to qualifying residents.

If the cost of the work exceeds £2,000, applicants are able to apply to Wessex Resolutions CIC, a not-for-profit lender, for a loan to make up the difference.
