I wonder why some of the Rolle Street residents bother to use black sacks for their litter on bin days?
I wonder why some of the Rolle Street residents bother to use black sacks for their litter on bin days?
Surely, it would be more efficient to simply throw their rubbish directly onto the street? The effect would be the same once the sea-gulls have swooped onto the flimsy black bags.
Please take pity on our hard-working street cleaners who have to clean up the mess every week. Surely, this is not the way we want visitors to remember Exmouth?
