German visitors welcomed

MONDAY, OCTOBER 6: EXMOUTH welcomed its German twinners from Langerwehe this week the visitors being greeted by beautiful weather. The German party arrived on Saturday evening and stayed with their hosts from the Exmouth Twinning Association until yesterday (Wednesday). E

EXMOUTH welcomed its German twinners from Langerwehe this week - the visitors being greeted by beautiful weather.The German party arrived on Saturday evening and stayed with their hosts from the Exmouth Twinning Association until yesterday (Wednesday).Exmouth Mayor Joy Whipps hosted a civic reception at the town hall on Sunday. A formal dinner was held at Exmouth Pavilion on Monday evening, while on Tuesday the twinners enjoyed a coach trip to Totnes and a trip on the South Devon steam railway.
